A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented solicitor to join an award winning Court of Protection team based in Hampshire. The firm are a leading UK and international firm which provides high quality legal advice tailored to both business and individuals, currently seeking candidates qualified with at least one years post qualification experience.

The team have established a significant reputation for advising and assisting individuals, their families, carers, trustees, beneficiaries and other professionals on a broad range of issues.

The role would require you to manage your own caseload of matters, which includes the preparation of court applications, both financial and welfare deputyship orders and more complex wills and trusts. You will also be required to assist junior paralegals within the team when necessary.

You will be highly organised and have great academics alongside some excellent communication skills. You'll have the ability to work under pressure with the capability to plan and priorities work. The ideal candidate will be confident in a client facing position, always delivering an exceptional service.
