A leading US law firm is looking to hire a senior leverage finance lawyer who specialises on Sponsor Side upper market deals.

This is a Counsel role and there is a great opportunity to be promoted to Partner. The law firm has a strong reputation in the market in Finance and the team is very supportive of each other. The Leveraged Finance team is mid size for the market and there is plenty of junior and mid level support on Leveraged Finance transactions.

Ideally you will have:

  • Significant experience in Sponsor Side deals, in particular upper market
  • UK Qualified
  • 7+PQE
  • Trained at a US, Magic or International law firm
  • Strong academics
