A leading South East top 100 firm are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their Gatwick office.
The firm are looking for someone who is capable of running their own caseload under supervision. You will have between 3-5 years PQE with experience in corporate M&A work from a well regarded firm. Core work will be general M&A markets, acquisition and sale of private companies, private equity and financing of private businesses, shareholders agreements and restructuring.
You will be expected to get involved with business development and networking and also supervise more junior members of the team.
