My client is a well established regional firm with a fantastic reputation. They have a great workload and are now looking towards a corporate paralegal to add to their team in Crawley
Working as a paralegal part of this team will give you opportunity to learn from the Partners and senior fee earners by working closely with them on a full range of corporate files. Here you can expect to be involved with M&A, joint ventures, partnerships and general corporate advice.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience as a Paralegal, ideally within corporate law.
- Good academics and a passion to learn and develop within corporate law.
