An award winning guest services provider are looking for a Corporate Concierge to work at a prestigious Investment Bank in the heart of the City.
The role of the Concierge is to provide the highest level of client care through a personalized bespoke service to all visitors and staff that use the Concierge desk and associated services. The Concierge is responsible for the day to day running of the Concierge Desk Services and promoting this to the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your creativity as you will be organising pop-up events, experiences and discount partnerships with local shops and businesses. You will also be writing a newsletter so strong writing skills are a must.
This role will suit anyone who is naturally creative and comes from a Luxury Hospitality/Events background with a track record of building relationships with clients and suppliers.
What You Will Need
* Relevant experience gained within an Events/Luxury Hospitality environment
* Experience of Sales e.g. up-selling, cross selling and maximising revenue
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Outgoing and engaging personality
* Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on service delivery and relationship building
