My client, a leading Top 100 firm, is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor for their busy team in Birmingham.

You will undertake a range of commercial and corporate work, undertaking a range of transactions for predominantly private sector clients including mergers and acquisitions, collaborations and joint ventures.

You will have at least 3 years PQE in corporate commercial and will have had exposure to range of commercial deals and joint venture projects with a range of private sector clients.
