My client is hiring for a Corporate Lawyer to add to their fantastic team, they offer a fantastic caseload of high value work, a real opportunity to contribute towards business development, and flexible working from day one.
You can expect to handle a varied workload and provide high quality legal advice on aspects of both corporate and commercial law including;
Corporate: Company share sales and purchases, business and asset sales and purchases, companies act 2006, private companies, corporate restructuring, shareholders agreements and articles of association.
Commercial: agency agreements, distribution agreements, terms and conditions, financing and loan documentation, partnership and LLP agreements.
The successful candidate is likely to:
* Have at least 1 year's worth of experience managing their own caseload of corporate commercial matters;
* Naturally take a collaborative and proactive approach to their work;
* Be ambitious, confident and have ambitions to progress.
