If you're a committed Care Coordinator, we'd love to hear from you today. Offering a salary of £25,989 per year (dependant on continued funding) for a 35-hour week, we're looking for care experts for an office based in Glenrothes - covering the full Fife area.

The role:
As an experienced healthcare coordinator, you'll join a friendly and welcoming team providing regular respite for carers of people of all ages and disabilities in this full-time, permanent Care Coordinator role. The right candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills will be based in the Glenrothes/Fife area and will earn a salary of £25,989 per year.

What you'll need to offer:
You should have experience as a patient care coordinator, perhaps having worked for the NHS, and as such, you'll have assessment and care-planning experience. You'll also have an understanding and interest in carers issues, and you must have a clean driving licence and use of a car. Also desirable is:
● An SVQ 4 in Health and Social Care, or similar.
● Three years' experience in health and social care.
