Cook / Chef
As a cook / chef you must have experience working within the health care catering industry. There is opportunity long term to grow with the business so this position would be ideal for someone driven to progress!
You will have;
-At least two years of working in a professional kitchen
-Fresh food background
-706 1/2 or Level 2 qualification in Professional Cookery or equivalent
-Can do attitude
-A DBS or able to pass one
-Ability to manage your time
-You will be working 5/7 days
-Must have the ability to work alone at times.
-Be flexible to work additional hours if needed
-You may need to support the Senior Team in other areas of the business
-Be able to carry out daily HACCP and COSHH and all other Safe & Legal paperwork
-Capable of day to day cooking for club, bistro and functions
-Have an understanding of business and priorities
