Legal Secretary - Conveyancing

We are recruiting on behalf of one of Kent's leading law firms. They are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their award winning Conveyancing team on a full time, permanent basis.
This role would suit someone who is looking to join a sociable firm, where every team member is valued. There are regular functions so you can meet your colleagues across offices and Partner's are always coming up with innovative ways to make this a great firm to be part of. Duties and Responsibilities:
* Audio and copy typing all correspondence
* Answer the telephone in a polite and efficient manner
* To undertake administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing and updating client details
* Arranging appointments
* Access and input data onto the firm's client case management system
You will need experience within a Conveyancing department and be able to handle a high caseload. This is a demanding environment, so the ability to cope well under pressure and work to deadlines is a must. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a fast, accurate typing speed.
