My client, an awarding winning legal 500 firm based in Yorkshire that prides itself on exceptional client service is looking for a confident fee earner to join their busy conveyancing department.

Due to continued expansion, the firm is looking for a conveyancing fee earner to join their team. The successful applicant will have at least two years of experience in a similar role within a busy department. The client will look at conveyancers at all levels, including a conveyancing solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer. You will be handling a caseload of a broad range of residential conveyancing cases, from instruction through to completion. You should be confident to work independently without supervision. You will be working on all aspects of residential property work, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work, new builds and other associated matters.

You should have a good understanding of business development and good communication skills to maintain and foster client and third-party relationships.
You will be responsible for managing your support team.
