Are you an ambitious conveyancer looking for a firm that is dedicated to developing their staff?

I am working with a multi office regional firm who are continually looking for strong conveyancing fee earners as they continue to grow. They not only offer high levels of client contact, a manageable caseload and an assistant to help progress the files, but also a high tech case management system.

You will be running a caseload of sales and purchase (freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered), remortgages, transfer of equity, you will be expected to competently maintain a caseload of 60-70 files with circa 25 completions per month.

This firm are committed to the long term development of their licensed conveyancers, solicitors, legal executives and paralegals. They support their fee earners through regular one to ones and on the desk training, as well as a dedicated training manager. They pay for qualifications including the CLC and offer a very generous salary and benefits package.

* 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays (additional entitlement gained with length of service)
