Our client is a leader in the design, manufacture and installation of timber frames, with 40 years experience in delivering on behalf of major builders and developers across the country.

An excellent opportunity exists for a Contracts supervisor to Join the business in a key role covering contracts across Central Scotland.

The contracts supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of supervision and management of Timber Frame projects, taking an active role on sites and ensuring effective delivery against client expectations.

Key duties will include:

* Programming of deliveries to sites
* Implementation of Health and Safety procedures
* Weekly supervision of Sub-Contractors
* Reporting of projects progress in a timely manner
* Ensure projects are built to specifications
* Sign-off the erect works upon completion
* Quality control
* Assist the Contracts Manager with control of on-site budgets
* Preparing of safety documents
* Preparing of lifting plans

To be considered you will need to have in-depth knowledge and understanding of timber frame products and construction methodology and demonstrate skills gained through prior experience of management and coordination of multiple concurrent projects, in addition you will need as a minimum:

Relevant trade qualification
First aid
