The water industry is getting ready for AMP7 works due to begin in March 2020. My client operates in this field and has been successful on winning a number of lots for Yorkshire Water. Having performed a workforce analysis, they have highlighted a requirement for a Contracts Manager with a specialism in MEICA projects.
Reporting to the Framework Manager you will have full responsibility for all schemes within the MEICA framework which will include construction and refurbishment works associated with above or below ground assets. Examples would include storage tanks and mixers, surge and pressure vessels, motor control centres, etc…
To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of MEICA within the water industry, have a good knowledge of the Yorkshire region and have good relationships in place at various levels within Yorkshire Water. This could be an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career.
