Our client is looking for a Maintenance Planner to work in their busy Glasgow Head Office. This is new vacancy within a highly established FM organisation, who will offer the opportunity to work with some exciting new contracts.
This role is responsible for supporting the development updates and continuous improvement of the facilities management of planned preventative maintenance programmes. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and management information. You will monitor client site activity verifying asset information.
The role will also include liaising with engineering and central supply chain teams in regards to outsourcing PPM activities and obtaining best value for money solutions without compromising service quality and client compliance. We require someone with excellent leadership skills both in leading their own team and multi-function teams with the ability to develop others through coaching and mentoring.
In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of the FM market, PPM Planning and Pricing.
