I have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join my client on a Fixed Term Contract for 3 months initially.
This role is for a contracts administrator and the purpose of the job is to fully support and organise the workload of engineers and contractors working on a number of sites across Glasgow.
You will support with a number of administrative tasks such as:
- Collate paperwork from field engineers, suppliers & subcontractors
- Raise purchase and hire orders
- Investigate invoice queries when required
- Chasing and order parts for jobs
- Compile various reports.
- Submit invoices within the required time scales
- Supply reports to management as and when required
This is a fixed term contract for 3 months initially however there is long term opportunities available for the right person across the business.
Ideally you will come from a strong administration background in construction or facilities, you must be available immediately and be able to commit to the three months.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and there is also parking available.
