A top-tier Legal 500 UK law firm is seeking a talented Senior Solicitor or Associate to join their Construction & Engineering Team. The role can be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The Construction & Engineering team provides a full service advisory and dispute resolution service to a variety of clients from across the construction industry. These clients are from both the private and public sector and include developers, contractors, consultants, insurers, and funders. You will involved in a broad variety of contentious claims and insurance disputes across a range of formal dispute proceedings including mediation, adjudication, litigation and arbitration. This team is regularly involved in the most complex, high value construction disputes in Scotland as well as England, Wales, and Ireland. A large portion of the work is derived from infrastructure and healthcare projects.
