A top 100 firm are seeking a 3+ PQE associate for their construction, engineering and projects team in London. You will join an international firm with over 500 lawyers across 10 offices.
You will advise employers, contractors and consultants on a wide range of building and civil engineering matters both domestically and internationally.
The role will be a mix of contentious and non contentious and will involve reviewing, negotiating and drafting terms of appointments, special conditions to JCT Standard Building Contract, Collateral Warranties and Third Party Notices.
You will also draft letters of advice and other documents regarding construction claims relating to breach of contract and negligence.
