This a brilliant opportunity to work with a really desirable Manchester City centre company.
They are looking for the best Customer Service Advisors to support their clients with the highest levels of service. Experience of working with a Regulatory body would be an advantage.
To answer telephone, e-mail and web-based enquiries from a wide range of customers following thecompany policy and procedures, providing accurate information and guidance responding to the customers need.
To accurately update the companies computer systems during and after customer contact and to correctly interpret the information stored in these systems to ensure the delivery of an excellent service at all times.
To meet and exceed departmental and individual service level agreements across a range of areas to ensure an excellent customer experience in line with the Contact Centre's Institute of Customer Service accreditation.
To fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and companies policies and procedures to ensure confidentiality and standards are maintained at all times.
To participate in staff training and to take responsibility for your own development by keeping up to date with all new procedural developments to ensure a high quality service is provided.
To participate fully in the continuous improvement process by suggesting improvements to team managers to ensure the department is constantly developed towards excellence.
To provide assistance to colleagues dealing with administrative tasks to ensure that the contact centre's workload is handled in an efficient and timely manner.
