- experience managing within a contact centre environment, teams of a 12 agents or second line staff
- the ability to forecast efficiently during peak call times, making calculated decision to ensure business needs are met
- experience hiring or being involved in interview processes
- demonstrable experience improving processes and or training to improve customer experience/business performance
- a natural ability to management performance
