Leading specialist construction firm Seeking a Construction Solicitor to join a fantastic team who are highly ranked on the Legal 500.
As a highly regarded and respected law firm my client is recognised as a leading player within the legal services market.
They provide their clients with unique solutions in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious construction law including standard form and bespoke building contracts, sub-contracts, consultant appointments, drafting and negotiating the suite of construction documents in relation to development schemes, collateral warranties, third party rights schedules, assignments, novation agreements as well as advising on legal issues arising out of the construction process, including delays and extensions of time, loss and expense claims, liquidated damages, and defective work.
You will be a solicitor with NQ+ years PQE, good team working abilities, hard working, experience of working in a city or top regional firm is desirable, you will also have a keen interest in construction law and be able to discuss knowledgeably topical construction law issues.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing firm who are highly rated in the Legal 500 and Chambers directories. Candidates must have construction experience at associate or solicitor level.
You will be working alongside a range of knowledgeable construction lawyers as well as established partners, a number of whom have been individually recognised by the Legal 500.
Whatever your level, you'll be expected to play a full role in the Team, including involvement in business development and regular client contact. The team will take a genuine interest and support you with your development therefore offering excellent career prospects.
