Senior Concierge & Concierge - Central London - £28,000 - £30,000

A highly prestigious new development opening soon is looking for a Concierge team to deliver 5 star service and standards; managing the facilities whilst providing a high level contact for all residents.
This development is arguably the best in Europe and the ideal candidates will be from an equally impressive hotel or residential location. You must be comfortable dealing with UHNWI & HNWI and have the attention to detail and conversational skills to handle this type of clientele.

You will be a problem solver with a desire to deliver the best service. The ideal candidate will come from a guest services department of a famous 5* hotel or another highly prestigious London residential development.

You Must Have:

* Experience of working in guest relations / VIP management in a leading organisation that is renowned for 5* customer service
* Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients/guests/residents
* Track record of delivering first-class customer service
