Search Construction is looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to work with a highly successful building company who operate across the domestic, commercial and residential markets.
One of the key things that differentiate them from their competition is that they employ the vast majority of their tradesmen rather than use sub-contractors. This approach breeds both quality and commitment from their workforce.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that operational, environmental and health & safety procedures are relevant, up to date and complied with. To achieve this you will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve and influence and coach individuals across the business to ensure they buy-in to health & safety. This includes shaping strategy and guiding the senior management team as well as communicating with tradesmen on Health & Safety matters.
A NEBOSH Certificate with experience in a Health & Safety role is essential. A full driving licence is also required as you will need to travel to sites across Scotland.
