We are currently looking for talented Complaints Handler to work within a fast paced environment right in the heart of Manchester and we need an experienced individual to join the new team!
In the role you be responsible for dealing with complaints from existing customers of a market leading stocks and shares business who have recently re-located their flagship office to Manchester City Centre!
You will see any complaint through from birth to resolution whilst delivering exceptional customer service along the way.

For the role, we require:
Complaints handler experience in an FCA regulated environment
The ability to deal with a large number of complaints
Someone highly motivated and able to work under pressure
A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality
