In the role you be responsible for dealing with complaints from existing customers of a market leading stocks and shares business who have recently re-located their flagship office to Manchester City Centre! You will see any complaint through from birth to resolution whilst delivering exceptional customer service along the way.

For the role, we require:

  • Complaints handler experience in a call centre environment
  • The ability to deal with a large number of complaints
  • Someone highly motivated and able to work under pressure
