In the role you be responsible for dealing with customers of a market leading financial services provider. You will be dealing with any complaints and queries in a timely and efficient manner with the aim of providing a first time resolution.

For the role, we require:
* Previous experience in a complaints based role
* You must have experience managing complaints from initial point of contact through to resolution
* The ability to deal with complaints and handle difficult conversations
* A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality
* Experience within a financially regulated environment is necessary
