The Job:

As a Complaints Handler we are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and able to take ownership of calls.

As this role is predominantly phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a first point of contact for the valued customers

- Repair and strengthen the relationships with customers

- Providing excellent customer service at all times


For the position of Complaints Handler we are looking for the following experience:

* Previous experience Complaint Handling
* Excellent communication skills
* A professional telephone manor
