Company Commercial Litigation Lawyer

My client, a highly rated law firm with offices in London and Kent, are currently looking for an experienced solicitor to join their Litigation department in Bromley.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial and Corporate litigation and will have a following that they can bring into the firm. Administrative and secretarial support will be given to facilitate your caseload, and the firm will encourage you to partake in business development.

A high value work load will include Contractual disputes, Shareholder disputes, Disputes between Directors or Partners, Regulatory Disputes, Intellectual Property Disputes, Insolvency issues, Construction and Planning Disputes.
