We're recruiting for a motivated and inspirational Community Services Manager in Horley to manage the operational activities and the development of the Community Living Services on behalf of our client. This position comes with significant responsibilities and opportunities for the right support team manager. You'll have the opportunity to earn up to £30,5000 working full-time Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

You must have a genuine passion for working with and for working adults with learning difficulties, challenging behaviour, autism and epilepsy and mental ill-health. As a collaborative Service Manager, you'll have an approachable and persuasive personality alongside great communication and empathetical skills.

Below are 'some' of your Community Services Manager responsibilities,

? To ensure that the Service operates according to its registration status and conditions and complies with all legal requirements.
? To ensure that there is a strong focus on the achievement of our client's mission, values and strategic objectives.
? To be accountable for the performance of all objectives, targets, responsibilities, accountabilities and tasks set by the Group Manager.
? To have shared accountability for ensuring that the Service is legally compliant.

You're going to be busy and very much in demand from day 1 in Horley. You'll receive and complete an agreed induction in the first six weeks of employment and have access to continuous professional development to ensure you're fulfilling and exceeding your potential as a Community Living Services Manager.

Some essential skills you'll need to make our first round of interviews in January:

? NVQ 4 or RMA in care or equivalent and, a nursing qualification
? Hold a valid UK driving license and drive your own vehicle
? Previous Registration as a Service Manager with the CQC
? A recognised management qualification
