Are you an experienced Community Nurse in the Widnes area looking for a new opportunity to make people's lives more meaningful and to help in the community? This is a contract Community Nurse position and comes with a very competitive rate of up to £28 per hour. Your application will be put through the fast-track application process.

The Community Nurse role involves:
? Collecting a daily list of patients
? Visiting patients in their own home
? Giving exceptional levels of care

The Community Nurse role will be ideal for Registered Nurses, Community Nurses and District Nurses. Professional nurses who have the skills to enhance and contribute to a motivated, inclusive and experienced multidisciplinary team.

To apply for this Community Nurse role, you will need to be:
? A qualified health nurse with current PIN
? A nurse with experience of working within the community
? A dedicated care provider with the ability to meet compliance standard (DBS, Occ Heath, References)
? A nurse with experience with wound care, blood pressure, injections, venepuncture, and cannulation
