The Role

In the position, you will be handling a broad range of quality commercial property work a variety of clients including:

• Landlord and tenant matters
• Acquisitions
• Disposals
• Development agreements

Day-to-day work will involve but not be limited to commercial property sales and purchases, refinances, and grants of new leases when acting for the landlord or the tenant.

You will be working directly with the firm's Senior Commercial Property Partner as well as handling and preparing sensitive documents whilst working to a deadline.
