A leading firm are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Commercial Litigation lawyer to join their office in Orpington.

As part of the team, you will be handling a range of complex litigation matters, including but not limited to property related issues, landlord and tenant disputes, contract claims, civil litigation, debt claims, etc.

To be successful in this role you will:

• A qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience Commercial Litigation.
• Strong knowledge of UK commercial litigation laws and procedures.
• Excellent communications in writing and verbally.
• A sense of initiative and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
