My client is a tier 1 and highly ranked international Law Firm with offices both Nationally and Internationally. The Commercial Real Estate team based in Southampton are recruiting for their next team member to maintain their continued growth.
Key responsibilities include providing advice on mid-market capital transactional work as well as a broad portfolio of asset management work, drafting and negotiating of documents, providing advice to clients and complex asset management projects.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor
- Have a minimum of 2PQE
- Have proven experience working in Real Estate
This is a great opportunity for someone enthusiastic and reliable to work within a forward thinking, award winning international law firm. This is based within the team in Southampton, although you will be working as part of the wider real estate team, which is based across all their other offices, including London.
