My client is a well regarded and expanding regional law firm boasting great connections with local communities across Kent.
This role will see you take on a wide variety of commercial property transactions to include commercial landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, and general commercial property advice. autonomy over your own caseload you can expect good client contact here and the opportunity to build your own relationships.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor
- Have proven experience working in Real Estate
- Willingness to work as part of an expanding team
