My client is a Legal 500 ranked firm with multiple offices across the south.They boast a client base who provides high value and varied work. The firm are now looking to add another Lawyer into their Commercial Real Estate team to facilitate their expansion plans.
The position involves acting on sales and acquisitions, letting (for landlord and tenant), property management, licences to assign, underlet and alter, property finance as well as a broad base of general commercial property work including providing property assistance on corporate transactions. The role requires a good knowledge of land law, landlord and tenant law, land registration and property tax.
The successful candidate is likely to:
* Have at least 1 year's worth of experience of commercial real estate transactions;
* Naturally take a collaborative and proactive approach to their work;
* Be ambitious, confident and motivated to exceed expectations.
