My client is an award winning and expanding legal 100 firm with one of the best Real Estate offerings on the south coast. This highly ranked team in the Legal 500 and Chambers are a great bunch!
This role will see you take on a wide variety of commercial property transactions to include commercial landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, and general commercial property advice. Responsible for your own caseload you can expect good client contact here and the opportunity to build your own relationships.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor
- Have a minimum of 3PQE
- Have proven experience working in Real Estate

This is based within the team in Gatwick, although you will be working as part of the wider real estate team, which is based across three of their other offices, including London.
