My client is a well regarded and multi office law firm situated in the heart of Brighton. They are a fantastic team who enjoy their modern offices and flexible working. The firm are now looking towards a new Real Estate Lawyer to add to their growing team.
The position involves acting on sales and acquisitions, letting (for landlord and tenant), property management, licences to assign, underlet and alter, property finance as well as a broad base of general commercial property work
The successful candidate is likely to:
* Have at least 1 year's worth of experience of commercial real estate transactions;
* Naturally take a collaborative and proactive approach to their work;
* Be ambitious, confident and motivated to exceed expectations.
