Our client, a large national main contractor with more than 100 years experience. They are looking to expand their team with an ambitious and out going Commercial Manager who has a mixed experience in the construction industry. Working on a mixed bag of projects small to large of schools, hospitals, offices and residential ranging up to £15M
The role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career and excel in their industry.
Duties:
- Manage and leading a team
- Report and provide support to Regional Commercial Manager on all projects
- Commercial lead on partnerships with all key construction partners and supply chains
- Running projects commercially from bid to final account
- Measurement, valuation and agreement of works
- Preparing tender enquires for sub contract work packages
Requirements:
- Previous Commercial Manager experience
- Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying Qualification
- Effective main contractor procurement and management.
- Experience in new build, fit out and refurbishment
