You will be working alongside a very reputable head of department who will feed you very exciting work. This partner has acted for a variety of individuals and businesses on areas such as contract and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, insolvency and agency matters. With regard to his media practice, he has been involved in everything from defamation claims and other reputation management work, to royalty disputes, and intellectual property issues. Other areas of expertise: Civil fraud, arbitration and property litigation.
Experience -
You will be a qualified solicitor or equivalent and have experience in managing your own files. Ideally they are looking for 1 - 4 pqe. If you are an associate in a firm then there are clear opportunities to develop the role with good partnership prospects eventually.
