Commercial Litigation Partner
We are looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Partner for one of our firms to join their growing Litigation team with a minimum of 10 years experience dealing with all types of dispute resolution matters. The ideal candidate will have an excellent technical and procedural knowledge and an ability to deal with the range of responsibilities associated with this senior position.
As an experienced individual you will have an outstanding track record of winning new work and business development. You may already be working as a Head of Department or as a Partner or Senior Associate and are looking to further your career with high quality commercial work. As a partner, you will be required to oversee the development of the staff in your department and ensure that the quality of their work is consistently high. Experience in developing and monitoring staff is essential as we believe in recruiting from within, wherever appropriate. Ideally, you would be a recognised name in the Legal 500 and/or Chambers & Partners directories and will be able to demonstrate a sizeable following.
As head of department, you will have a high level of autonomy and as such must be capable of self-motivation and tenacity and also demonstrate the ability to lead by example.
The firm are renowned for its aggressive approach to litigation where appropriate and this personality trait is a pre-requisite for the successful candidate. They are highly ambitious and are looking to grow significantly over the next few years.
This role is full time and is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to work in a lively and friendly office. The successful candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills and be a good team player.
