A successful Kent-based company is currently seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their collaborative and inclusive team. Our client is a leading law firm in the South with an excellent profile that attracts some of the best client-based casework in the Kent region.
With offices throughout the South-East, our client has a well-established team of commercial litigators who are committed to the full range of litigation services, including contractual disputes, director disputes, property litigation and insolvency litigation, among other areas. The current role for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor pays a competitive salary with excellent benefits and working environment (once it's deemed safe to return to the office, you'll be working remotely in the interim).
The litigation team is split between offices, allowing for accelerated progression and career prospects on an individual level as well as the ability to get hands-on experience dealing directly with clients and assisting on larger projects. Working in this team will see you work with some of the best lawyers in Kent, many of whom have London and regional legal experience.
What you'll need to offer:
You'll need to be a qualified solicitor with between 3-5 years' PQE dealing in commercial litigation. General litigation experience is required, and you'll need to be someone that's keen to work as part of a motivated and collegiate team.
