They're looking for a full-time Commercial Lawyer in Crawley to work with a wide range of clients in key sectors of FinTech, facilities management, international distribution, retail marketing and aviation. Highlights of the role:
Working as part of an inclusive team of three Commercial Lawyers in Crawley, you will enjoy lots of responsibility and autonomy. Earning a competitive salary, you can expect to work with clients on a wide range of commercial legal work that involves advising, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of agreements. You'll provide advice on a broad remit of commercial law, including data protection, IT/tech (including SaaS and software), competition law, outsourcing, commercial distribution, agency and joint-venture agreements, and data protection, including implementation and operational management of GDPR compliance risks.
You will also support clients on:
-Legal risk management,
-Contract lifecycle management processes and tools.
-You'll act as a client relationship manager for allocated clients, and will help build commercial awareness and business strategy.
Commercial Law Qualifications:
As a qualified Commercial Lawyer, you'll have a real passion for the law. You'll ideally have a minimum of 5 years' PQE and will have gained experience as a solicitor working in practice as well as in house, with a proven track record working in commercial law.
