You will enjoy a varied workload of high value work that will include, contract drafting and negotiation, providing advice on business issues, supplier and distribution agreements, IP, IT and technology, software licensing, website/app development, data protection and privacy.

To be successful in your application, you will:

- Be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive.
- Have proven experience working in commercial law.
- Be highly motivated and keen to develop at a top ranked firm.
