Duties & Responsibilities:
* Answering inbound calls from customers who have enquiries about their insurance policies
* Dealing with changes to policies, payments and schedules
* Assesing sensitive information and ensuring to following data protection principles
* Follow all strict FSA guidelines to the letter
* Offering a friendly, professional service and promoting our brand in a positive manner
* Problem solving and dealing with difficult calls and customers
* Ensuring all deadlines are met and working as part of a team
* Associated administration duties as required
* Collection of premiums
* Management of aged debt within client base
* Establishing strong professional working relationships with insurers
* Identifying cross- and up-selling opportunities
* Dealing with Mid Term Adjustments and Renewals

Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience as a Commercial Account Handler
* Calm, professional manner
* Attention to detail
* IT literate
* Friendly, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
* Ability to use initiative and problem solve
