Are you an experienced Collections Team Manager looking for the next step in your career?

Due to Maternity we are looking for a Collections Team Manager to take on a 12 month fixed term contract leading our SME Collections Team within our Global business in Manchester City Centre!

We are looking for a Collections Team Manager to join our Global Financial Services business in Manchester. The role will involve being responsible for all the teams 1-2-1's, coaching, call listening and development.

What we need from you for the role of Collections Team Manager:

  • Experience in managing a Collections Team
  • Experience of working within an FCA regulated environment
  • Amazing people skills and the ability to lead by example
  • Experience in people management including 1-2-1's, PDP's and PIP's
  • A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality
