Here at Search Consultancy we are delighted to announce a brilliant opportunity that has occurred to become a part of our clients collections department who pride around giving great customer service to clients and customers ensuring a positive outcome is always reached.

The office is based in Finnieston, Glasgow and we would like to offer the potential candidate the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis.

We pay what you're worth, with a salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience and a monthly commission on top of salary!

The package for the position of Collections Advisor is:


-Competitive salary up to £28k

-Monthly bonus based on performance

-10% employer pension contribution

-No late nights or weekends


Duties:
* Liaising with client's and customers
* Creating and managing ATP's to ensure debt is dealt with in a timely manner
* Ensure all emails are responded to
* Arranging call backs
* Process invoices
