We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join a reputable and ethical business based in Rochdale!
What will you be doing?
As a Collections Advisor, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls from customers who are facing financial difficulties. You will be discussing a range of solutions and agreeing on the most appropriate available. Some customers may be vulnerable so we are looking for Collections Advisors who are able to be empathetic and understanding, whilst adhering to legislation and company policies.
What are we looking for?
* Collections Advisors with a minimum of 1 years experience
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Experience dealing with vulnerable customers
* Working to KPI's within a regulated environment
