Job Title: Collections Advisor

Job Location: Manchester City Centre

Job Salary: Up to £28,000. OTE £32,000

Job Hours: Monday - Friday. Shifts between 8am and 7pm (37.5 hrs per week). Hybrid working available!!

You must have previous Collections experience, excel at delighting customers and be motivated to build a career in Collections. Your day to day responsibilities as a Collections Agent will include:

* Making inbound and outbound calls collecting payments and arrears
* Acting as a first point of contact for the our valued customers
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* General administration duties

For the position of Collections Advisor we are looking for the following experience:

* Previous experience in Collections
* Excellent communication skills
* A passion for customer service
* A polite and professional telephone manor
