Collection Advisor


£10.40 per hour

Temp project with potential opportunity to go perm.

The primary objection is to obtain collections and adhere to corporate targets by having positive conversations inbound and outbound on collection calls. This inline with business processes and standards.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To Handle high volumes of calls inbound and outbound to customers.
  • Drive collections performance through negotiation whilst adhering to the credit management 'Customer First' standards and principles
  • Deliver department and individual targets that include call productivity, Direct Debit conversions, card transactions and gain commitments to payments
  • To ensure quality of all customer conversations are in line with Policies set by the business
  • To deliver accurate information to customers and consistent information to reduce avoidable contact and ensure excellent customer service
  • To accurately input and process of customer data on CRM and billing systems
