Job Salary: £19,000- £24,000 per annum

Job working hours: 9am-5pm Monday- Friday

The Job:

This property job can offer you amazing perks with opportunities to grow within the business whilst receiving an excellent training program. This property role is predominantly phone and email based, you will need to be excellent at communicating.

Your day to day responsibilities will entail:

  • Answering resident queries
  • Acting as a first point of contact for the valued customers
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • General administration tasks
  • Chasing debts via email and telephone

For the position of Customer Service Advisor, we are looking for the following experience or be able to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ideally phone based customer service experience, however, this is not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for customer service
  • Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
  • Have a genuine Interest in Property
